Beckonscot Model Village

Whilst Togo was keeping Mummy company on her study day, Megan, William and I headed over to Beaconsfield to meet Grandma and Grandad at the Beckonscot model village.

Megan and Grandad visit the Minster

We were very excited to explore the village that first opened to the public in 1929 …

We had a really fun time exploring all the different scenes. Megan and William were keen to go around the whole village for a second time on their own. I’ll let their own photos tell the story…

Bekonbury Castle
The lifeboat station
Cricket on Greenhaily Green
Quick put out the fire in the thatched cottage!
Fishing boats at the harbour
Grandad and William looking at the Coal Colliery
